Tikidibou Pty Ltd reserves the right to either cancel or charge additional delivery fees on any order where a delivery address is made outside of the Metropolitan delivery area.

Tikidibou Pty Ltd reserves the right to either cancel or charge additional delivery fees. We are using different carriers for international expedition and charges are at cost. Please contact us via email if you want to confirm the delivery charge prior to shipment.

receipt of goods

Tikidibou Pty Ltd or its transport agents will deliver goods on the presumption, that anyone who receives the goods at the Delivery Address is authorised to receive the goods. Tikidibou Pty Ltd or its transport agents will require a signature and the name of the person accepting delivery as Proof of Delivery.

title and risk

Title of Goods passes to you only after cleared payments are received by Tikidibou Pty Ltd. Risk of Goods passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address.

Delivery fee charged is to be paid at the time of invoice. If no one is at the deliver address for collection, Tikidibou or its transport agent will undertake reasonable effort to arrange for re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

overdue accounts (b2b only)

No goods will be supplied, and a 15% per month accounting fee will be charged on all overdue accounts.

items not in stock

1. Should we receive an order for which we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative product or advise when stock becomes available.

2. Should we receive an order for which SOME GOODS are out of stock, we will SEND what is available and charge only what we are sending. If you pay by paypal, we will refund the goods that are not in stock.

return policy

Tikidibou Pty Ltd will gladly exchange any item you purchase provided it is returned to us unused and in original condition (tags still attached) and packaging within 7 days of your purchase. Please then return the product to us intact, together with the invoice and upon our inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the product. Unfortunately we do not refund goods or postage costs. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without approval.

delay

Tikidibou shall not be liable for any delay, forwarding or transit or any consequential loss or loss of market however caused.

limitation of liability

Liability of Tikidibou arising out of any one incident, for breach of warranty implied into these terms and conditions by the Trade Practices Act (1974) or howsoever arising is limited to the supplying of the goods again, subject to their availability, or goods of equivalent price.

lost/damaged goods

In the unlikely event that that a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us on 61 2 8521 7636 or email us at info@Tikidibou.com within 7 days of delivery of the goods to arrange a replacement (depending on product availability). Under no circumstances may goods be returned without approval.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for willful damaged articles or damages caused by failing to adhere to washing instructions.

We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from non-delivery of goods; however, we will do our very best to track and trace your parcel on your behalf. We will then assist in insurance claims if necessary to ensure your goods are received, replaced or refunded by freight carrier that loses your goods.

force majeure

Tikidibou Pty Ltd shall not be in default under the terms of this agreement nor liable for failure to observe or perform in accordance with any provision of this agreement for any reason or cause which could not with reasonable diligence be controlled or prevented by it, including without limitation, war, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strikes, lock-outs, labour or industrial disputes, acts of God, acts of Governments or flood, storm, tempest, power shortages or power failure, inability to obtain sufficient labour, raw materials, fuel or utilities. During the period of an incident or incidents of "Force Majeure" this agreement shall be suspended and delivery will recommence after the incident or incidents of "Force Majeure" end.
